Production Process

3. Casting

4. Pre-curing

The green cake expands and hardens sufficiently for cutting.

5. Cutting

6. Autoclaving

The cut products are cured under high-pressure steam to achieve the required strength and durability.

7. Packing & Storage

Finished AAC blocks are stacked, packaged, and prepared for transportation.
