Single EquipmentThe Autoclave is the core curing equipment in an AAC production line. After the green cakes are cut into the required dimensions, they are transferred into the autoclave for high-pressure steam curing. During this process, the materials undergo a chemical reaction that forms a stable crystal structure, giving AAC blocks their excellent strength, lightweight properties, and thermal insulation performance.

After cutting, the green AAC blocks are placed on autoclave trolleys and moved into the autoclave.
The door is securely locked, and saturated steam is introduced into the vessel under controlled temperature and pressure. Inside the autoclave, the calcium silicate hydration reaction is completed, significantly increasing the strength and durability of the blocks.
After the curing cycle is finished, the pressure is gradually released, and the cured products are removed for packing and storage.
